There was a time when these streets were full of life. A time when Famagusta was a buzzing, vibrant city. Until that day, of the sinister summer of 1974, when it was occupied by the Turkish army. That day when tragedy struck and time froze for our city. But life goes on. And that is why now, 46 years later, it is more imperative than ever to reach a functional and viable solution to the Cyprus problem.
